The name is engraved beneath, so a sausage dog of any size is covered.

How long can the name be?
Up to about 12 characters engraves at a comfortable size. A longer name or a name plus year will still fit but the lettering gets smaller — put it in the personalisation box and it will be sized to suit.

Stars or hearts — which should I choose?
Both are cut right through the wood so the tree lights show through. Stars suit a traditional tree; hearts are the more popular choice for a memorial bauble.

Also see: keepsake Christmas baubles, dog and animal gifts and the paw print bauble for any breed.
