How ordering works

Everything is made to order at our workshop in North Wales. There is no minimum order quantity, and bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout — no discount code needed. From 20 units it's 10% off, from 50 it's 15%, from 100 it's 20%.

For personalised items, you add each child's name in the personalisation box at checkout. If you have a long class list, add a note at checkout and we will arrange the most convenient method for supplying the names.

If you want to include your school logo, use the Upload Your Logo button on the product page. Black and white or high-contrast logos work best for laser engraving.

When to order

Dispatch times are shown at checkout depending on the current queue. Ordering before the last week of June gives comfortable margin for Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery. Larger class sets are best ordered with a week or two of buffer before you need them.
