When to get in touch

  • Custom sizes or products: we can often make items outside our standard range. Tell us the dimensions, quantity and what it's for, and we'll quote before you commit.
  • A firm deadline: check the dispatch date shown at checkout first, then message us before ordering if you need a date confirmed.
  • Logo files: if the logo upload button won't take your file, or you want to check it will engrave well. Colour and black-and-white logos both work — we will convert colour logos for engraving. Our templated design service is free.
  • An existing order: include your order number. If something has arrived damaged or incorrect, add a photo.
  • Ongoing or multi-site supply: for businesses, hotels, schools and academy trusts ordering for several locations or on a regular basis.

What to include in your message

The product name or a link to it, the quantity, the wording or names, whether a logo is needed, the delivery country and any deadline. For an existing order, your order number is the most useful thing you can send.

Quick answers

Do I need to contact you for a bulk discount?

No. Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout, per product line (units of the same product): 10% off 20 or more, 15% off 50 or more, 20% off 100 or more, 25% off 250 or more, 30% off 500 or more and 35% off 1,000 or more. No code is needed.

When will my order be dispatched?

All items are made to order. Dispatch time is shown at checkout. UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24. International via Royal Mail International Tracked. If you have a deadline, check the date at checkout before you order.

Can I see a proof before you engrave?

Proofs aren't sent as standard. If you'd like one, ask for it in the personalisation box when you order and we'll send it for your approval before engraving.

How do I reorder for new staff or another site?

Add the same product to your basket, write "Reorder of order #____" in the personalisation box with your original order number, list the new names, and leave the logo upload empty. We keep the engraving file and match the original design.

Which countries do you deliver to?

The United Kingdom (including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands), the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland only. Our shipping and delivery page covers services, transit times and duties.

Can I return a personalised item?

Only if there is a fault or an error on our part, because each item is made to your details. Our refund policy has the full terms.

Beautiful, lightweight wood badge. Peter made this for my autistic adult son who cannot tolerate metal medical ID dogtags touching his skin. Came on a black, cloth lanyard and is inscribed with my son's first & last name, the phrase "Non Verbal Autism" under his last name, "DOB" under that followed by my son's birthday, "Mom" with my cell number underneath and "Dad" with my husband's cell number underneath. The biggest advantage it has over tiny medical ID dog tags is that all of the info can be read from 3.5 feet (1 meter) away. My son doesn't like being touched or having people close to him, so this is perfect for our situation. We plan to have him wear this in the car in case we're in an accident and cannot speak for him, or if we get separated in a public place. Thank you, Peter, for this lovely, sophisticated badge!
