A hotel keyring does two jobs: it tells the guest and reception which key belongs to which room, and it stops the key being pocketed by accident. An engraved wooden fob does both while carrying the property name on every key. Each keyring in a set carries its own room number or name, engraved individually from the list you supply.
Which keyring do I need?
Materials and finish
Oak keyrings are FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF, available untreated or with a Danish oil finish on most designs. Bamboo keyrings are FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate BV-COC-190523). Every keyring comes on a metal split ring with no plastic parts.
Personalisation
Use the logo upload button to send your hotel logo or crest (PNG or JPG, in colour or black and white — we will convert colour logos for you). List room numbers or names in the personalisation box, one per line, and state the quantity of each. For a property with more than 50 rooms the same applies — each keyring is engraved individually from your list.

Frequently asked questions
Can each keyring in an order have a different room number?
Yes. List every room number or name in the personalisation box, one per line, and each keyring is engraved individually. The bulk discount applies to the total quantity of the same product, whatever is engraved on each.
Which size stops guests walking off with the key?
The 200×80mm extra-large fob. It is too big to pocket without noticing and carries the property name and logo clearly.
Oak or bamboo for a hotel keyring?
Oak veneered MDF is the lower-priced option with a Danish oil finish available. Bamboo is paler, carries an FSC certificate number, and tolerates occasional damp slightly better, which suits bathroom keys.
