How we make and ship your order

Every Cherry Grove Craft product is made to order in our workshop in North Wales. Nothing is held in stock — your item is laser engraved specifically for you after you place your order.

Dispatch time

All items are made to order. Your estimated dispatch date is shown at checkout before you confirm your order — it reflects our current production queue and may be longer during busy periods (particularly October to December). Please go by the estimate shown at checkout rather than assuming. If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering and we will let you know whether it is achievable.

Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom (including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands), the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland. We are not currently able to ship to other destinations.

UK delivery

Standard UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims for delivery the next working day after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, select Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout for next-working-day delivery (after dispatch) with full tracking.

International delivery

International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are around 3–7 working days to Switzerland and 7–14 working days to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. These are Royal Mail estimates and are not guaranteed — customs processing, public holidays or busy periods can cause delays, so please order in good time.

Customs, duties and import taxes

United States: orders to the USA are sent on a duty-paid basis. Any US import duty is calculated and collected at checkout, so there is normally nothing further for you to pay when your parcel is delivered.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland: your order may be subject to local import taxes, duties or customs charges applied by the destination country on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be — if you are unsure, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

We declare all shipments at their full value and describe the contents accurately. We are unable to mark items as gifts or understate their value.

Order tracking

All orders — UK and international — include tracking. You will receive your Royal Mail tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Packaging

All orders are packed in plastic-free, paper-based packaging, including paper tape to seal the parcel. We keep it simple — no unnecessary filler and no single-use plastic.

Something not right?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number and a photo if relevant and we will put it right. For full details on returns and refunds, see our Refund Policy.
