Every sign in this collection is made to order. You choose the wording, upload your logo, and we engrave it — no minimum quantities on most products, and automatic bulk discounts from 20 units right through to 35% off at 1,000 units. The same pricing applies whether you are a limited company, a registered charity, a parish council or a Sunday-league club: there is no trade account to open and no quote to wait for.
What's in this collection
The range covers the most common signage needs for any organisation: Google review QR signs to collect more reviews, opening hours and open/closed signs, QR code signs for menus, WiFi, donations and social media, NFC smart signs for tap-to-follow, freestanding table signs and table numbers, food allergy notices, do not disturb and no smoking signs, dog-friendly signs, and fully custom hanging, wall and freestanding signs for any message you need to display.
Signs for charities, clubs and non-profits
Charities, community groups and clubs use the same signs as commercial businesses, with a few recurring needs of their own. A QR code sign linked to your online donation page or membership form turns a reception desk, shop counter or event table into a giving point without card machines or cash handling. Opening hours signs suit charity shops and drop-in centres; room, facility and meeting-room signs suit community centres, village halls and clubhouses, with the hearing loop sign covering accessibility in halls that have one installed. Welcome signs, honours and sponsor boards, and freestanding table signs for AGMs, fundraising dinners and fairs round out the usual kit. Your logo engraves at the same quality from a simple two-colour PNG as from a professional file, which suits organisations working from a volunteer-designed badge.
Materials and finish
Signs are laser-engraved on FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF — engraved, not printed, so the text does not fade, peel or wipe off, and the natural oak finish sits comfortably in most commercial and community interiors. Selected signs are also available in FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256). Orders are dispatched without plastic packaging. Oak veneered MDF signs are for indoor use only; outdoor suitability is stated on the product page where it applies.
Ordering for your organisation
Most products have a logo upload button and a personalisation box. PNG or JPG logos work best — black and white artwork gives the sharpest result, though colour files usually convert well. Larger orders are fully self-serve: automatic bulk discounts apply at checkout from 20 units, with no minimum on most products and no quote needed. Add any specific requirements, or a proof request, in the personalisation box. Current dispatch times are shown at checkout on each product.

Frequently asked questions
Do charities and clubs get the bulk discount?
Yes — the discount is applied by quantity at checkout and makes no distinction between a company, a charity, a school or a club. There is no trade account and no proof of status required.
Can a sign carry a QR code that links to our donation page?
Yes. Any QR code sign can point to any web address — a JustGiving or Enthuse page, a membership form, your website or a WiFi login. Paste the full URL in the personalisation box; for Google reviews specifically, use the link from the "Get more reviews" button on your Google Business Profile.
Can I mix different signs in one order?
Yes. Add each product to the basket with its own wording and logo. Bulk discounts are calculated per product line, so 20 of the same sign earns the first discount tier.
Our logo is only a small image from our Facebook page — will it work?
Usually. Upload what you have and we will tidy it for engraving as part of the free design service. Simple two-colour artwork engraves best; very fine detail or gradients may need simplifying, and we will say so before engraving.
Are these signs suitable outdoors?
Oak veneered MDF signs are for indoor use. Where a product is suitable outdoors — selected 5mm bamboo signs — the product page says so.
