We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.
All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:
• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)
• International: Royal Mail International Tracked
If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
If you’re ordering for a business, school, hotel or organisation and need advice, we’re happy to help.
We regularly produce custom and bulk orders including branded signage, name badges, hospitality signage and promotional items.
