Who makes your order

Pete at the Cherry Grove Craft workshop in North Wales

Pete started Cherry Grove Craft in 2022, after a long career in print and marketing, and has run it full time since January 2023. Every order is made by him in the workshop, from a single keyring to a set of name badges for a whole team. The name comes from his mum, Cherry, and the place the family lives; our story tells the rest.

How your order is made

Nothing is made in advance. When you order, your wording and any logo are set up as an engraving file, engraved and cut on one of the two lasers, finished, checked against your order and packed without plastic. How our products are made covers each step, and sustainability and our materials covers certification, finishes and end of life.

Ordering and delivery

  • Ordering is self-serve: choose a product, type your wording in the personalisation box and, where the product has a logo upload button, add your logo. Our templated design service is free, and logos can be colour or black and white — we will convert colour logos for engraving.
  • Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout, per product line, with no code: 10% off 20+, 15% off 50+, 20% off 100+, 25% off 250+, 30% off 500+ and 35% off 1,000+.
  • Proofs are not standard; ask for one in the personalisation box.
  • We ship to the UK (including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands), the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland. See international shipping for transit times and duties.

To the UK (including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands), the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland only. US orders are sent duty-paid; other countries may charge import taxes on arrival.

Are your materials FSC-certified?
We use FSC-certified oak veneered MDF and FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate BV-COC-190523), both certified at source through our suppliers' chain-of-custody certification. Cherry Grove Craft is not itself an FSC certificate holder, and our solid oak, birch plywood and natural slate carry no FSC claim.
