Every keyring is engraved, not printed — the logo is cut into the wood, so it does not peel, fade or rub off, and there is no plastic in the finished product. Which size for a logo?

• 80×20mm key tag — slim, for key cabinets and room keys: oak, single or double-sided, or the plastic-free promotional fob in FSC-certified bamboo
• 50×45mm — the estate agent fob with room for a logo, phone number and website
• 65×35mm — the squarer fob for a taller logo with a line of text: single-sided or double-sided
• 75×25mm oval — the lowest-cost shape for a company name or small logo: single-sided or double-sided
• 90×25mm — the slim strip for a logo in one line: single-sided or double-sided
• 100×50mm oval — the most room for a detailed crest: oak, oak double-sided or 5mm bamboo
• 200×80mm — the extra-large hotel keyring guests do not pocket by mistake

Materials

Oak keyrings are FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF, untreated or Danish oiled on most designs. Bamboo keyrings are FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256) — 3mm for slim fobs, 5mm for the 100×50mm oval. Either gives a procurement team a documented chain of custody; bamboo vs oak vs plywood compares them.

Personalisation

Use the logo upload button on the product page — a black-and-white PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF engraves most crisply, and most colour logos convert. Type names, room numbers or references in the personalisation box, one per line, and each keyring is engraved individually. The design service is free; if you want a proof before we engrave, ask in the personalisation box.

Can every keyring here take a logo?
Most have a logo upload button. A few hotel room fobs are text-only — room name or number plus the property name — and their product pages point to the nearest logo size.

What is the minimum order for company keyrings?
None — order one at the single price to check the engraving, then reorder in quantity. The discount applies automatically from 20 of the same product, up to 35% off at 1,000.

Can each keyring carry different text under the same logo?
Yes — list the names, room numbers or references in the personalisation box, one per line. They count as one product for the quantity discount.

Which logo files work?
PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. The engraving is one tone, so a black-and-white version of the logo gives the cleanest result; gradients and fine colour detail become shading.

How quickly can a bulk order be made?
Dispatch time is shown at checkout and applies to bulk orders too. If you have a fixed event date, say so in the personalisation box when you order.
