Some of these are gifts for a person; others are for a space where someone needs ten undisturbed minutes. Both are engraved, so the wording does not wear away with handling.

Frequently asked questions
What can I give someone who is anxious or stressed?
Inner Calm Coins give eight simple techniques to try, and a hug token is a reminder that someone is thinking of them. They are a gentle prompt, not a treatment; if someone is struggling, encourage them to speak to their GP, or to Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK.
Do you make signs for a yoga or meditation studio?
Yes: meditation, yoga and Pilates session signs in oak, a bamboo meditation sign and a freestanding solid oak Block yoga sign, so a door shows when a class or session is running.
Can a school order wellbeing tokens for a whole class?
Yes. Order a set per pupil and bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 of the same product. Each coin is a small part, so they are not suitable for children under 3.
