Everything we sell is made to order, so please allow 3 working days before we actually ship.
Standard shipping is by Royal Mail Tracked 24, Express is Royal Mail Special delivery.
For International we use Royal Mail Tracked.
Because everything is made to order we can only accept returns for manufacturing issues or where we are at fault.
Please note that our products are mainly wood based and are not designed to be left outdoors as too much moisture will cause damage to the wood.
The actual product is fantastic quality. Great detail on the keyring proper. However for one reason or another the metal ring that you'd connect to your keys keeps falling out of the metal ring of the wooden design.
