We offer both UK and international shipping. For UK orders, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class, and for international orders, we use Royal Mail International Untracked. If you need your item quickly then the shipping service can be upgraded on the basket page. Please note that shipping times may vary, especially for international orders.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.

Great quality item, the delivery was very slow but that wasn't Pete's fault that was down to Royal Mail it was dispatched very quickly and when it didn't arrive Pete kindly done another one and sent it to me.
