Wooden WiFi QR code sign — laser engraved oak veneered MDF, available in two sizes, single or double-sided with a removable freestanding base. Guests scan the QR code to connect to your WiFi automatically — no typing the password. We generate the QR code from your network details. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Select your size and single or double-sided
  2. Upload your logo if required — black and white works best
  3. Add your WiFi network name (SSID) and password in the personalisation box — we generate the QR code
  4. Add to cart — bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units

Frequently asked questions

Does the guest need an app to connect?
No — most modern smartphones (iPhone and Android) can scan a WiFi QR code with the standard camera app and connect automatically.

What if I change my WiFi password?
The QR code is permanently engraved for your current password. If you change the password you’ll need to reorder. Consider keeping a stable guest WiFi password to avoid this.

Are bulk discounts available?
Yes — 10% off at 20 units, up to 35% off at 1,000. Applied automatically at checkout.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
