We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.
All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:
• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)
• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.

We regularly produce custom and bulk orders including branded signage, name badges, hospitality signage and promotional items.

I got a few of these signs personalised with my company logo and required message for my new shop. They are just perfect and look so lovely hanging on the shop door. I also have our opening hours with a little wooden stand which was provided in the window which looks equally lovely. Great value and excellent super speedy service.
