The hug tokens come in a small pocket-sized bag, small enough to fit in a handbag or pencil case, and a sweet little addition to your bedside cabinet.

If choosing personalised, then enter 8 messages for the coins (maximum 28 characters inc spaces), and what message you would like on the wooden label.

The confidence coins are hand-made, from sustainable plywood at home in Wales, and produced on demand.

We lovingly care for every order and add our own personal touch, giving each order the attention it deserves.

Production & Delivery

All items are made to order.

Your estimated dispatch and delivery date is shown at checkout, based on current production times.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
