Everything we sell is made to order, so please allow 3 working days before we actually ship.
Standard shipping is by Royal Mail Tracked 24, Express is Royal Mail Special delivery.
For International we use Royal Mail Tracked.
Because everything is made to order we can only accept returns for manufacturing issues or where we are at fault.
Please note that our products are mainly wood based and are not designed to be left outdoors as too much moisture will cause damage to the wood.

Would've liked to give this five stars but the wooden display was glued onto the ribbon very crookedly on one of them. It was for a work event so too late to order another. They arrived quickly though.
