Frequently asked questions

Can I add my company logo?
Yes — upload your logo using the logo button. Black and white works best, but colour logos can usually be converted. Simple, clear logos engrave best at this size.

What’s the blank option for?
The blank option gives you a plain oak oval keyring with no engraving — useful as a spare, for self-labelling, or for orders where you’ll add your own finishing.

Can each keyring have different text?
Yes — for example different room names or numbers. List them in the personalisation box at checkout, one per line. We engrave each one individually.

Are bulk discounts available?
Yes — applied automatically at checkout from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100, 25% off at 250, 30% off at 500, 35% off at 1,000.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
