Table signs are one of the most versatile pieces of business signage — they sit at the point where customers are already looking, they're easy to move and reposition, and they work for almost any message. This collection covers the full range: QR code signs for Google reviews, menus and WiFi; food allergy notices; reserved signs; table numbers; house rules for Airbnbs and holiday lets; dog-friendly notices; and fully custom signs for any message you need on a table or counter.

Single or double-sided?

Single-sided signs are fine against a wall or in a corner where customers approach from one direction. Double-sided is worth it if the sign sits on an open table, counter or bar where customers approach from both sides — both faces are engraved with the same content so the message is readable from either direction.

Standard sizes

Most table signs come in two sizes: Standard (74×112mm) and Large (115×168mm). The standard size works well on café tables and counters. The large size carries further — better for busy bars, reception desks or anywhere there's more visual noise to cut through. A5 and A4 formats are available on selected products for high-information signs like home information and house rules.

QR codes and NFC
