Materials
The medals and rosette discs are made from FSC-certified oak veneered MDF. The budget medals are oak veneered MDF too, not plywood, even though they are often searched for as plywood medals. Each product page states its material and size.
Personalisation
Where a product has a personalisation box, type your wording there, with one name per line for a set of medals. Products with an Upload Your Logo button take a logo in colour or black and white — we will convert colour logos for engraving. Our design service is free and templated. Proofs are not standard, so ask for one in the personalisation box if you need it.

Frequently asked questions
What are wooden medals made from?
Our medals are made from FSC-certified oak veneered MDF, laser-engraved to order and supplied on a ribbon or lanyard. They are not plywood. The 40mm budget medals are oak veneered MDF too.
Which wooden medal suits a sports day or club event?
The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals and the two-size sports medals suit clubs and events, the fun run medals suit charity runs and Santa Dashes, and the 40mm budget medals suit large orders where cost matters most.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Medals can be ordered singly or in packs of 10, 50 and 100, and the budget medals have a single sample medal option. Trophies and rosettes can be ordered one at a time.
Can I add my club or company logo?
Yes, on the products with an Upload Your Logo button, which includes the club, business and budget medals and most trophies. Logos can be colour or black and white — we will convert colour logos for engraving. The anniversary, customer service and Best Dad medals, the medal hangers and most rosettes take text only.
Can each medal have a different name?
Yes. List each name on its own line in the personalisation box and every medal is engraved individually. The budget school medals also take a names spreadsheet.
What is the difference between a medal, a rosette and a trophy?
Medals hang on a ribbon or lanyard and suit sports days, races and milestone gifts. Rosettes are a ribbon with an engraved oak disc, traditional for shows and competitions. Trophies are freestanding and suit a desk or shelf.
How much is the bulk discount?
10% off from 20 units, 15% from 50, 20% from 100, 25% from 250, 30% from 500 and 35% from 1,000. It is applied automatically at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
The UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Switzerland.
