Bamboo name badges personalised with your logo, staff name and job title — laser-engraved FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256). Slightly more moisture-resistant than oak veneer, making them well-suited for hospitality, hotel, kitchen and outdoor market settings. Available in multiple sizes and formats with pin or magnetic fastening. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Upload your logo using the logo upload button — black and white works best.
Enter staff names and job titles in the personalisation box, one per line.
For orders of 10 or more badges, you can upload a spreadsheet of names instead — use the Names Spreadsheet upload button and download our template here. This is optional but saves time on larger orders.

Frequently asked questions

Why choose bamboo over oak?
Bamboo is slightly more moisture-resistant than oak veneered MDF and is FSC-certified — ideal for hospitality uniforms, kitchens and anywhere badges are exposed to humidity or moisture. The natural grain variation gives each badge a slightly different appearance.

Can each badge have a different name?
Yes — list all names in the personalisation box, one per line, or upload a spreadsheet for larger orders.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
