Businesses use these baubles as year-end client gifts, staff thank-yous, promotional giveaways and table decorations at Christmas events. Each one is engraved individually, so you can mix a shared logo with a different name on every bauble.

Personalisation
Upload your logo using the logo button on the product page. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the sharpest result, and JPG or PNG files are fine too. Colour and black-and-white logos both work — we will convert colour logos for you at no charge. Add names, a year or a message in the personalisation box on the product page, one per line if each bauble is different. There is no extra charge per name.
Proofs are not provided as standard. If you need one before we make your order, ask for it in the personalisation box.

Frequently asked questions
When should we order for Christmas?
The current dispatch time is shown at checkout. Large orders take longer to make than single items, so ordering in October gives you the most breathing room. If you have a firm deadline, add it in the personalisation box and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible.
Can we try a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes. Order a single bauble first — it is made exactly as a bulk order would be, and there is no separate sample fee.
Can each bauble have a different name?
Yes. List the names in the personalisation box on the product page, one per line, and we engrave each bauble individually. For the student recognition bauble, you can upload a spreadsheet instead.
Do you issue VAT invoices and accept purchase order numbers?
Yes. A VAT invoice is issued on dispatch. If your organisation needs a purchase order number on the invoice, add it in the personalisation box or the order note at checkout.
What can we say about these baubles in CSR or sustainability reporting?
Our oak baubles are FSC-certified oak veneered MDF and our bamboo baubles are FSC-certified Moso bamboo. Orders are dispatched without plastic packaging.
