International Shipping & Delivery

Cherry Grove Craft ships to six countries only: the United Kingdom (including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands), the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland. UK orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and international orders by Royal Mail International Tracked. Every order is tracked, and the tracking number is emailed when your order is dispatched.

All items are made to order. Dispatch time is shown at checkout. UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24. International via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Where we ship and how long it takes

Transit times start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you order, because every item is made to order first. International times are Royal Mail estimates and are not guaranteed: customs checks, public holidays and busy periods can add delays.

Countries we can't ship to

We don't currently ship anywhere outside the six countries listed above, including Ireland and the rest of the European Union. Checkout only accepts delivery addresses in those countries.

Dispatch dates and deadlines

Your estimated dispatch date is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. It reflects the current production queue, so it can be longer in busy periods, especially from October to December. For a delivery date, add the transit time above to the dispatch date. If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.

Customs, duties and import taxes

  • United States: orders are sent duty-paid. Any US import duty is calculated and collected at checkout, so there is normally nothing more to pay on delivery.
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland: the destination country may charge import taxes, duties or customs fees on arrival. These are the recipient's responsibility, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and we can't predict them. If you're unsure, check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Every international parcel is declared at its full value with accurate contents. We can't mark items as gifts or declare a lower value.

Tracking your parcel

All orders, UK and international, include a Royal Mail tracking number, sent by email when your order is dispatched. You can follow it on the Royal Mail tracking page. If the email hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.

How orders are packed

Orders are packed without plastic, in cardboard boxes or mailers sealed with paper tape. Our sustainability and materials page has the details.

If your parcel is late, damaged or incorrect

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or is well past its estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Which countries does Cherry Grove Craft ship to?

The United Kingdom (including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands), the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland. We don't ship anywhere else.

Do you ship to Ireland or the EU?

No. We don't currently ship to Ireland or any other European Union country.

How long does international delivery take?

After dispatch, Royal Mail International Tracked takes about 3–7 working days to Switzerland and about 7–14 working days to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. These are estimates, not guarantees. Your dispatch date is shown at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?

Yes. Every UK and international order includes a Royal Mail tracking number, emailed when the order is dispatched.
