International Shipping & Delivery

Every Cherry Grove Craft order is made to order in our workshop in North Wales and dispatched via Royal Mail with tracking.

Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom (including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands), the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims for next-working-day delivery after dispatch. A guaranteed Royal Mail Special Delivery option is available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

International delivery

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Estimated delivery after dispatch is around 3–7 working days to Switzerland and 7–14 working days to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. These are Royal Mail estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders to the United States are sent on a duty-paid basis — any US import duty is calculated and collected at checkout, so there is normally nothing further to pay on delivery.

Orders to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland may be subject to local import taxes or duties charged by the destination country on arrival. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Dispatch times

All products are made to order. Your estimated dispatch date is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Busy periods (October to December) may be slightly longer.

You will receive a Royal Mail tracking number by email when your order ships. Track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.
