Extra-large oak wooden hotel room keyrings laser-engraved with your hotel name or logo and room number — 200×80mm, made from 4mm oak veneered MDF. A substantial, premium key fob that makes it very difficult for guests to accidentally pocket a room key. Popular with boutique hotels, B&Bs, guest houses, Airbnbs and holiday lets that want something better than a plastic tag. Bulk orders welcome — each keyring can carry a different room number or name. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Use the logo upload button to upload your hotel or property logo — black and white works best for engraving
  2. Add the room numbers or names you need in the personalisation box, one per line
  3. State the quantity of each if ordering multiple different numbers
  4. Add to basket — bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units

Can each keyring have a different room number?
Yes — list each room number in the personalisation box, one per line, with the quantity of each. We engrave every keyring individually.

Do you have smaller sizes for hotel rooms?
Yes — see our standard 90×25mm hotel room keyrings for a smaller, lighter option.

Are bulk discounts available?
Yes — applied automatically from 20 units: 10% off at 20, up to 35% off at 1,000.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
