    We work together over video call with your screen shared. Pete tells you what to do and why, you do it on your site in real time, and we move through as much ground as your setup allows. Questions get answered as they come up. Everything is tailored to your business, your products and where you're starting from.

    Pete ran a £2.5m print and marketing business, worked as design and print manager for Royal Mail, and built Cherry Grove Craft from a single Etsy sale to a full-time B2B operation.     Practical details

    Delivered via video call with screen share. You'll need your laptop, access to your website and your Etsy shop. Sessions can be split across two two-hour calls if that suits better — just mention it when booking.

    Pricing

    £320 + VAT (£80 + VAT per hour × 4 hours). Payment is taken at booking. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice receive a full refund.

    Packaging

    We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

    Production & Delivery

    All items are made to order.

    Your estimated dispatch and delivery date is shown at checkout, based on current production times.

    Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

    • UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

    • International: Royal Mail International Tracked

    Returns

    As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

    If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

    Materials & Care

    Our products are made from natural materials, including:

    • Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

    • Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

    To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
