Also available in bamboo for greater moisture resistance, ideal for hospitality environments.
How to order
- Choose your size and attachment from the variants above.
- Upload your logo using the logo upload button — black and white works best for engraving.
- Enter names, job titles and any other text in the personalisation box, one per line.
- For orders of 10 or more badges, you can upload a spreadsheet of names instead — use the Names Spreadsheet upload button and download our template here. This is optional but saves time on larger orders.
- Add to basket — bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units.

- 75 x 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm — standard rectangular, most popular for staff badges
- 70 x 40mm Oval — ideal for logos and crests

Can each badge have a different name?
Yes — list all names in the personalisation box at checkout, one per line, or upload a spreadsheet for larger orders.
Is the design service free?
Yes — all badges use our free templated design service. Upload your logo and we handle the layout.
What's the difference between pin and magnetic?
Magnetic badges don't require piercing the fabric, making them the preferred choice for hospitality uniforms, retail staff and anywhere clothing needs protecting.
Are bulk discounts available?
Yes — applied automatically at checkout from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100, 25% off at 250, 30% off at 500, 35% off at 1,000.

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
