Frequently asked questions

Which size should I choose?
65×15mm fits a first name only. 75×25mm is the most popular all-round size for name, role and a small logo. 75×30mm and 75×40mm give room for a department or a larger logo. The oval and round shapes suit crests and circular logos; the racket shape gives a wider frame for long names.

Can each badge have a different name and job title?
Yes — list each name and title in the personalisation box, one per line, or upload a spreadsheet for larger orders. We engrave every badge individually.

Which fastening should I choose?
Magnetic is the most popular for hospitality and retail — no pin holes in clothing. Pin only is the lowest cost option. Pin and clip suits thicker fabrics like chef whites or fleeces.

Do you offer bamboo badges?
Yes — see our custom bamboo name badges in the same sizes, FSC-certified and slightly more moisture-resistant.
