A wooden NFC sign for collecting Google reviews — customers tap their phone and go straight to your Google review page. No scanning, no typing, no app needed. The NFC chip is embedded in the back of the sign and programmed to your Google review URL. Made from oak veneered MDF in our workshop in North Wales. Two sizes, freestanding with layered wooden base.

How to Order

Use the logo upload button to send your logo (PNG or JPG, black and white gives the sharpest result — or leave blank and we'll use the standard Google G and stars design). Use the personalisation box to provide your Google review link. Choose your size from the dropdown. Made to order — current dispatch times are shown at checkout.

How to find your Google review link

Search for your business on Google (e.g. "Cherry Grove Craft")
On your Google Business Profile, scroll down and click "Get more reviews"
Click the Copy button alongside the link
Paste this link in the personalisation box when ordering

Using the correct link is essential — a wrong URL means the NFC tag won't open your review page. Double-check it before ordering.

FAQ

Does the customer need an app to tap the sign?
No — NFC is built into all modern smartphones. The customer holds their phone near the sign and a notification appears. One tap on the notification takes them straight to your Google review page.

What's the difference between this and your QR code Google review sign?
NFC is tap only — faster and more seamless, no camera needed. QR code requires the customer to open their camera app and scan. NFC works best at point of sale where speed matters; QR code works better if some of your customers have older phones. See our Wooden Google Review QR Code Sign for the QR version.

Can the NFC link be changed after I've ordered?
No — the NFC chip is programmed when the sign is made and cannot be reprogrammed afterwards. Make sure you provide the correct Google review link when ordering.

Do you make NFC signs for social media or other URLs?

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
