Frequently asked questions

Can the link be changed after ordering?
Yes — rewrite the chip yourself with a free NFC programming app on your phone.

Is this limited to one social platform?
The chip opens one URL. Point it at Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, a review page or your website — or at a Linktree-style page to offer several.

What about customers without NFC phones?
iPhone XS and later and most Android phones have NFC. For full coverage, our QR code signs work with any phone camera.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
