A wooden NFC sign that lets customers follow your social media, visit your website, or access any link by tapping their phone — no scanning, no typing, no QR code needed. The NFC chip is embedded in the back of the sign. Any modern smartphone taps it and goes straight to your URL.

Made from oak veneered MDF in our workshop in Wales. Available in four sizes, portrait or landscape, with optional wooden stand. Single-sided.

How to Order

FAQ

What does "tap" actually mean — does the customer need an app?
No app needed. Any modern iPhone or Android phone can read NFC tags natively. The customer holds their phone near the sign, it detects the chip automatically, and a notification appears with the link. One tap on the notification and they're on your page.

What URL should I use?
Any link works — Instagram profile, website, Google review link, Linktree, Facebook page, or a WhatsApp link. If you want to link to multiple platforms at once, a tool like Linktree lets you put everything behind one URL.

Can I change the URL after I've ordered?
No — once the NFC chip is programmed and the sign is made, the URL is fixed. Make sure you send the correct link when ordering. If you ever change your social media handle, get in touch and we can discuss options.

What's the difference between this and your QR code signs?
QR codes require a camera scan — customers open their camera app and scan the code. NFC is tap-only — faster and more seamless, but requires a relatively modern phone. Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
