Oak wooden keyrings for hotels, B&Bs, holiday cottages, care homes and rental properties — laser-engraved with your room name, door label or message, or supplied blank for self-labelling. Made from oak veneered MDF, handcrafted in Wales. Available in untreated or Danish oiled finish. 80 x 20mm with metal split ring.

How to Order

Use the personalisation box at checkout to add your room names or labels — list each one on a separate line and we'll engrave them individually. Use the logo upload button if you'd like a logo added. Bulk discounts apply automatically from 20 units — 10% from 20, up to 35% at 1,000.

FAQs

What's the blank option for? A plain oak keyring with no engraving — ideal as a spare, for self-labelling with a marker, or where you'll add your own finishing touch.

Can each keyring have a different room name? Yes — list all the names in the personalisation box at checkout, one per line. We engrave each one individually.

What is Danish oil? It enhances the grain and gives a richer, slightly darker appearance than untreated oak. It also adds moisture protection, making it popular for keyrings in daily use.

Do you do double-sided keyrings? Yes — see our Personalised Wooden Key Tags, which includes a double-sided option for branding on both faces.

Do you offer larger key fobs? Yes — see our full range of hotel and hospitality keyrings including oversized fobs and oval styles.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
