A slim, professional alternative to plastic key labels for hotels, holiday cottages, care homes and businesses. Bulk orders welcome. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between single and double-sided?
Single-sided has engraving on one face only. Double-sided carries different content on each face — useful for a logo on one side and a room number or return address on the other.

Can each tag have a different room number?
Yes — list each number in the personalisation box, one per line. We engrave every tag individually.

Do you have a larger version?

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
