A personalised poem bookmark laser-engraved onto birch plywood — supplied with a faux suede hanging string. Write your own poem or use our optional poem-writing service, where we research the occasion and write something personal for you. Available in two sizes. A thoughtful gift for anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, proposals and memorials — something the recipient will keep long after a card gets thrown away. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.
How to order
- Choose your size — Small (150×50mm) or Medium (190×65mm); a Large (190×90mm) option is also available
- Choose whether to write your own poem or use our poem-writing service
- If writing your own: add the full text in the personalisation box — up to approximately 130–160 words (4 verses of 4 lines)
- If using our poem-writing service: write "Please write my poem" and include the recipient's name, the occasion, and any interests or details you'd like us to include

Frequently asked questions
How long can the poem be?
Up to approximately 130–160 words engrave clearly on the medium size. Shorter poems work well on the small. Add a note if you're unsure and we'll advise before starting.
What occasions work well?
Anniversaries, weddings, proposals, birthdays, memorials and retirements are all popular. The poem-writing service has covered all of these and more.
Can I see a proof before it's made?
Proofs are not provided as standard. If you'd like to request one, add a note in the personalisation box and we'll arrange it — this may affect dispatch time.

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

My daughter created a special poem for her teacher. Finding this bookmark that can be personalised was the perfect gift. We were not disappointed. The poem was placed perfectly in the middle and all words were easy to read. This was not a short poem so we were worried about the quality of the engraving but we have to say, it is very good. The wood used is thin but in our opinion, this is best, as it can be used inside the book without causing any bulking. We would definitely recommend this as a lovely personalised gift for anyone. X
