Laser engraved oak veneered MDF with "Treatment in Progress, Please Wait" as standard — customisable with your own text or logo. Four sizes, two pre-drilled holes, jute string. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Can I change the wording entirely?
Yes — use the personalisation box to specify any wording you'd like. Common alternatives include "Session in Progress", "Consultation in Progress", "Therapy in Progress" or anything specific to your practice.

Which size is most common for a treatment room door?
Medium (155×115mm) is the most popular for standard interior doors — visible without being oversized. Large works well for wider doors or busier reception areas where the sign needs to carry further.

Can I add my practice logo?
Yes — use the logo upload button. A simple logo or name engraved above the standard wording looks clean and professional without cluttering the sign.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

All items are made to order.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
