A Treatment in Progress — Please Wait oak hanging sign with a logo upload option — four sizes, jute string loop. Laser-engraved on 4mm oak veneered MDF. Suitable for any therapy, beauty, wellness or medical practice that needs a clear door sign during appointments. Add your practice name or logo for a branded finish. Used by massage therapists, beauty salons, physiotherapists, osteopaths, podiatrists and counsellors. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
