What is WC signage?
WC signage — WC standing for water closet — refers to signs that identify toilet or bathroom facilities in public and commercial settings. In the UK, WC signs are standard in hospitality, retail, offices and schools. Our wooden WC signs replace the standard plastic or paper alternatives with a laser-engraved oak version that is durable, professional and more in keeping with a considered interior.

What size should a toilet sign be?
For a standard door, medium (158 × 115mm) is the most common choice — legible from a short distance and proportionate to a door panel. Large (225 × 164mm) suits busier venues or wider doors. Small works for compact spaces. Extra Large is best for directional signage visible from a corridor.

Can wooden toilet signs replace plastic ones?
Yes — our oak veneered MDF signs are durable for indoor use, resistant to normal handling, and look considerably better than plastic alternatives. They are used by hotels, restaurants, spas and offices as a straightforward upgrade. They are not suitable for damp or wet rooms where moisture exposure is direct and prolonged.

Can I get the sign pre-drilled for hanging?
Yes — add a note in the personalisation box requesting hanging holes. Otherwise signs are supplied flat for wall mounting with Command Strips or similar.

Can I have bespoke directional signage?
Yes — select Style 14 and describe your requirements in the personalisation box. We can engrave custom wording, directional arrows, room names or any combination.

Are bulk discounts available?
