Frequently asked questions

Can I get the sign pre-drilled for hanging?
Yes — add a note in the personalisation box at checkout requesting hanging holes and we’ll pre-drill them for you. Otherwise signs are supplied flat for wall mounting with Command Strips or similar.

Can I have bespoke directional signage?
Yes — select Style 14 and describe your requirements in the personalisation box. We can engrave custom wording, directional arrows, room names or any combination you need. For larger bespoke sign packages, get in touch before ordering.

Are bulk discounts available?
Yes — applied automatically at checkout from 20 units: 10% off at 20, 15% off at 50, 20% off at 100, 25% off at 250, 30% off at 500, 35% off at 1,000. Ideal for fitting out multiple rooms, floors or sites.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
