How to Order

Use the personalisation box to provide the text for the top and bottom of the medal. Choose the position (1st, 2nd or 3rd) or upload a logo using the logo upload button to replace the position text with your own artwork (PNG or JPG, black and white gives the sharpest result). Choose your ribbon colour and pack size from the dropdown. Made to order — current dispatch times are shown at checkout.

FAQ

Can I replace the position with a logo?
Yes — upload your logo using the logo upload button and it will be engraved in the centre instead of the 1st/2nd/3rd position text. Black and white artwork gives the sharpest result.

Can I have custom text rather than positions?
Yes — use the personalisation box to specify. If you need fully custom text on all three lines with no fixed position, see our Personalised Wooden Medals which has three free text lines.

Can I order a mix of 1st, 2nd and 3rd in one order?
Yes — add them as separate items to your basket, selecting the appropriate position for each.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Production & Delivery

All items are made to order.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
