How Personalisation Works: From Order to Engraved Gift

Direct answer: personalising a wood gift takes three steps — choose the product, add your names or message in the personalisation box, and the rest is handled at our workshop. Here's what actually happens between placing an order and it arriving.
Step 1: Choose your product
Pick the format that suits the occasion — keyring, coaster, sign, name badge or medal — and the material, oak veneered MDF or FSC-certified Moso bamboo.
Step 2: Personalise
Add the name, date or message in the personalisation box on the product page. If the product supports a logo, use the Upload Your Logo button — black and white artwork gives the crispest engraved result, though colour logos usually convert well.
Step 3: We engrave and dispatch
Each item is laser-engraved individually to your specification, not mass-produced in advance. This is why personalisation doesn't add extra cost on most products — every item is made to order regardless.
What if I make a mistake in the personalisation box?
Check your spelling and wording carefully before submitting — the engraving is permanent, and because each item is made individually to order, changes after production has started usually aren't possible. If you've just placed an order and need to correct something, contact us as soon as possible.

For 10 or more items with different names, a spreadsheet upload is available on relevant product pages rather than typing each name individually.
