Hotel Fit-Out Planner: What to Order for Each Room, Reception and Staff
A hotel or guest house fit-out from Cherry Grove Craft usually comes to one door hanger and one key fob per room, one WiFi sign and one review sign at reception, toilet and facility signs for shared areas, and a name badge per front-of-house staff member. Everything is laser-engraved to order in oak or FSC-certified bamboo in our workshop in North Wales, carries the same logo across the set, and reaches the first bulk discount tier at 20 units of a product. Quantities and discount tiers by room count
Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout: 20 units 10%, 50 units 15%, 100 units 20%, 250 units 25%, 500 units 30%, 1,000 units 35%. The tier is reached per product, so the examples below count one product line at a time.

How to place a property order
- Choose the door hanger format and material from the hotel door hangers collection. Oak is the lower-priced option; 5mm bamboo is the most durable.
- Choose the key fob size. Standard 90×25mm fobs suit most properties; 200×80mm extra-large fobs are for properties that want keys handed in rather than pocketed.
- Upload your logo once using the logo upload button. On the other products, write "same logo" in the personalisation box.
- List room numbers or names in the personalisation box, one per line, with the quantity of each.
- Add reception, toilet, dining and staff items in the same order. Dispatch time for each product is shown at checkout.
Proofs are not supplied as standard; request one in the personalisation box if you need to see the layout first. Materials
- FSC-certified oak veneered MDF (4mm): signs, door hangers, key fobs and badges. Not suitable for damp rooms; toilet signs mount on the outside of the door.
- FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256): door hangers, key tags and coasters, in 3mm and a thicker 5mm premium range.
- Solid oak (20mm): freestanding WiFi, QR and hearing loop blocks.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order different wording for different rooms in one order?
Yes. List each wording or room number in the personalisation box with the quantity of each; every piece is engraved individually.
How long does a full property order take?
Dispatch time is shown at checkout on each product and applies to bulk quantities. If you have a fixed opening date, add it in the personalisation box.
Can I replace lost fobs or hangers later to match?
Yes. Order the quantity needed and quote your original order number in the personalisation box so the replacements match the earlier batch.
Do you supply holiday lets and Airbnbs?
Yes. House rules, home information and welcome signs, keysafe reminder keyrings and WiFi signs are all in the Hotel & Hospitality Supplies range, and a single-property order qualifies for the same pricing.
