Ordering & Production

How long does it take to make my order?

All items are made to order. Your estimated dispatch date is shown at checkout based on current production times.

Can I request a faster turnaround?

Yes. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Delivery

How is my order shipped?

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries:

  • UK: Tracked 24
  • Upgrade available: Special Delivery (next working day)
  • International: Royal Mail International Tracked
When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. The most accurate delivery estimate is shown at checkout.

Customisation & Personalisation

Can I personalise my order?

Yes. Most of our products can be personalised with names, wording or details depending on the product.

Will I see a proof before production?

Proofs are not provided as standard. If you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.

Do you create QR codes?

Yes. We generate QR codes for you — simply provide your link when ordering.

Materials & Care

What materials do you use?

We mainly use:

  • Oak veneered MDF – suitable for indoor use only
  • Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items such as name badges
Can your products be used outdoors?

Most products are not designed for outdoor use. Exposure to moisture may damage the wood.

How durable are your products?

All items are laser engraved rather than printed, so designs will not fade or peel with normal use.

Bulk Orders

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. Many of our products are ideal for bulk orders, including school leavers gifts, name badges and business signage.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes. Bulk order discounts are calculated automatically — simply add your desired quantity to the basket to see the price.

Returns & Issues

Can I return a personalised item?

As items are made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a fault or error on our part.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Please contact us and we’ll resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
