Denominations

The Cherry Grove Craft digital gift card is an emailed code worth £10, £25, £50 or £100, redeemable against anything in the store: engraved signs, name badges, keyrings, coasters, clocks and gifts. It suits someone who would rather choose their own design and wording. No physical card is posted.

How it works

  1. Choose a value.
  2. At checkout, enter the recipient's email address, or your own if you want to pass it on yourself.
  3. The gift card code is emailed straight after purchase.
  4. The recipient enters the code at checkout, and it is taken off the order total.

FAQ

Does the gift card expire?
No. The code has no expiry date and can be used across several orders until the balance is spent.

Can it be used with bulk discounts?
Yes. Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout based on quantity, and the gift card is then taken off the discounted total.

Can I buy one for someone else?
Yes. Enter their email address at checkout and the code goes straight to them.

Is there something I can wrap?
The engraved oak birthday magic ticket is a physical voucher for an experience you are giving, such as a day out.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Production & Delivery

All items are made to order.

Your estimated dispatch and delivery date is shown at checkout, based on current production times.

Orders are typically sent using Royal Mail:

• UK: Tracked 24 (with optional Special Delivery upgrade)

• International: Royal Mail International Tracked

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
