Bulk discounts are built into the checkout automatically — no discount code needed. The more you order, the lower the price per unit:

Frequently asked questions

When should I order to guarantee delivery before Christmas?
For orders under 100 units, ordering by early December is usually safe. For larger runs of 100+ units, aim for mid-November to be comfortable. Dispatch times are shown at checkout, and they update as we approach peak season.

Can I order a mix of personalised names on a bulk order?
Yes — add all the different names or messages in the personalisation box at checkout, one per line. We will engrave each one individually.

What file format works best for logo baubles?
PNG or JPG. Black and white artwork produces the crispest engraving. Colour logos usually convert well, but high-contrast designs always give the sharpest result.

Do you supply a proof before engraving?
We only send proofs if you request one in the personalisation box, or if we have a query about your artwork. For standard orders, we go straight to engraving.
