Corporate procurement FAQ
When should we order for Christmas delivery?
Order by 31 October for guaranteed pre-Christmas dispatch. Current production lead times are shown at checkout. For large orders (100+ units) we recommend ordering by mid-October to allow for proof approval and production. Rush orders may be possible — contact us before ordering if your deadline is tight.
Can we see a sample before committing to a bulk order?
Yes — order a single unit or a small quantity first. Production quality on samples is identical to bulk orders. We do not charge a separate sample fee.
Can you handle logos as vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF)?
Yes — vector files give the sharpest engraving result and are preferred for logos with fine detail. Upload via the logo button at checkout, or email the file to us with your order reference. JPG and PNG are also accepted.
Do you issue invoices or accept purchase orders?
Yes — we issue a VAT invoice on dispatch. For organisations that require a purchase order number on the invoice, include this in the personalisation box or note at checkout and we will add it. Contact us if your procurement process requires a formal quote before ordering.
Can each bauble have a different name or personalisation?
Yes — for example, a bauble for each staff member with their name alongside your logo. List all names in the personalisation box at checkout, one per line, and we engrave each individually. No additional charge per name.
What are the eco credentials for CSR reporting?
Our oak baubles are made from 4mm oak veneered MDF — a recycled wood fibre product. Our bamboo baubles use FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256), which can be cited in CSR and sustainability reporting as a verified sustainably sourced material. No plastic packaging is used in despatch.
