FAQ
How long can the message be?
Up to about three short lines, roughly 40 characters in total, engraves at a comfortable size. Longer wording still fits but the lettering gets smaller.
Hearts or stars — which should I choose?
Both are cut right through so the tree lights show through the border. Hearts are the usual choice for couples and memorial messages; stars suit a general Christmas greeting.
Is it suitable as a memorial bauble?
Yes — the hearts border is often ordered with wording such as "Always in our hearts". If you want a name-led layout with a short message beneath, see the engraved hearts bauble.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
