A personalised wooden medal for recognising customer service excellence. Made from 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF, laser-engraved with the recipient's name and award title, and supplied with a clip-on red, white and blue ribbon. Order one, or a medal for each member of the team. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.
How to order
- Add the recipient's name and award title in the personalisation box. For several medals, list one name and title per line, for example: John - Customer Champion.
- Add to basket. Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout.
Bulk discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 10% off from 20 units, 15% from 50, 20% from 100, 25% from 250, 30% from 500 and 35% from 1,000.

Does this medal take a company logo?

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
