A personalised wooden medal for recognising customer service excellence. Made from 4mm oak veneered MDF, laser-engraved with the recipient's name and award title. Supplied with a clip-on red, white and blue ribbon. Bulk orders welcome for team awards. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care
Materials & Care
Our products are made from natural materials, including:
• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments
• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions
To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
