The Employee Recognition Hero Trophy is a sailing boat-shaped award laser-engraved with a hero title, the recipient's name and your company logo. It is made from 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF, stands 200mm tall and assembles by push-fit with no tools. Choose from 14 standard titles including Sales Hero, Innovation Hero and Wellbeing Hero, or supply your own. A trophy for HR teams, sales managers and operations leads to mark genuine achievement rather than a generic plaque. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Returns

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.

Will I see a proof?

Proofs are not provided as standard - if you need one, please request it in the personalisation box when ordering.
