The Employee Recognition Hero Trophy is a sailing boat-shaped award laser-engraved with a hero title, the recipient's name and your company logo. Made from 4mm oak veneered MDF, 200mm tall, push-fit flat-pack assembly — no tools needed. Choose from 14 standard titles including Sales Hero, Innovation Hero and Wellbeing Hero, or supply your own. Used by HR teams, sales managers and operations leads across the UK to mark genuine achievement rather than a generic plaque. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

How to order

  1. Use the logo upload button to upload your company logo — black and white works best for engraving

  4. For multiple trophies, list each recipient and title on a separate line — we engrave each one individually

Frequently asked questions

Can each trophy have a different name and title?
Yes — add all recipients and their titles in the personalisation box, one per line (e.g. Jane Smith — Sales Hero). We engrave each trophy individually.

Do I need glue?
No — the push-fit assembly holds without glue. If you want a permanent bond, select the glue sachet variant at checkout.

Is there a matching rosette?

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — discounts apply automatically from 10 units at checkout.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
