A Meeting Room door sign in a slim format, laser-engraved on FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF, for offices, co-working spaces, hotels and any building with meeting or conference rooms. The standard wording is Meeting Room โ€” add your own room name or number if you prefer. Four sizes, from 102 ร— 35mm to 270 ร— 90mm. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Yes โ€” enter the room name or number in the personalisation box when you order. Without it, the standard Meeting Room wording is engraved as shown.

How do I fix it to a door or wall?

Use sticky pads such as Command Tape. They are not supplied with the sign.

Is there a sign to show a meeting is under way?

Yes โ€” the Meeting in Progress sign hangs on the door, and the Meeting in Progress door hanger hangs from the handle.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

โ€ข Oak veneered MDF โ€“ ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

โ€ข Bamboo โ€“ more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
