Can I add my company logo?
Yes — upload your logo using the logo button. PNG or JPG, black and white gives the sharpest result. Simple logos engrave best at this size.

Can I change the wording?
Yes — use the personalisation box at checkout for any custom text. Popular alternatives: "Do Not Disturb", "Confidential Meeting", "In Session — Please Wait".

Will it fit my door handles?
The hanger slips over standard UK door handles. If you have unusually shaped or oversized handles, get in touch before ordering.

Are bulk discounts available?

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
