A personalised oak veneered MDF welcome sign in a freestanding format — laser-engraved with your own welcome message and contact details. Available in two sizes, single or double-sided, with a removable freestanding base. Made to order in our workshop in North Wales.

Designed for Airbnbs, holiday cottages, B&Bs and guest houses where a warm, personalised welcome note on a table or counter sets the right tone on arrival. The double-sided option lets you carry a welcome message on one face and practical information (WiFi, checkout time, emergency contact) on the other.

How to order

  1. Choose your size and single or double-sided from the variants.
  2. Enter your welcome message text in the personalisation box, exactly as you want it engraved. For double-sided, specify text for each face.
  3. Add to basket.

What should I put on a welcome sign?
Property name, a short welcome sentence, your name and contact number, and any immediate practical information guests need on arrival (e.g. “WiFi password on the back”). Keep it warm and concise.

What goes on the second side of a double-sided sign?
Popular: welcome message front / WiFi and checkout instructions back. Or: property name and welcome front / emergency contact and house rules link back.

Which size should I choose?
The standard (74×112mm) suits a bedside table or windowsill. The large (115×168mm) is better for a kitchen counter or entrance table where you want it to be noticed immediately.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple with a rustic feel and, more importantly, kinder to the environment. All packaging is paper-based, including the tape used to seal parcels, and is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

As each item is made to order, we can only accept returns where there is a manufacturing issue or we are at fault.

Materials & Care

Our products are made from natural materials, including:

• Oak veneered MDF – ideal for indoor use, not suitable for damp or outdoor environments

• Bamboo – more water resistant and suitable for items like name badges, but lightweight and not recommended for outdoor signage in windy conditions

To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping all items dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture.
